Setting e-Signature Templates in e-SignLive™
Set your most frequently signed document packages as templates to save time and avoid repetitive work with e-SignLive™. This feature is available in all e-SignLive™ accounts.
You can set signers and/or documents as templates. For example, if you always have the same signers, but different documents, you can set the signers as a template and change the documents at every use. Alternatively, you can template the documents, and change the signers at every use.
You can use an existing e-SignRoom™ and set it as a template for future use. You can also save any newly created rooms as templates.
1) To do so, just click on the Save as Template button as shown below.

2) This will open a pop over window. Edit the details as you want them to appear. Then click Save.

3) e-SignLive™ will let you know that the room was successfully saved as a template.

4) To use the template, proceed as you normally would to create an e-SignRoom™. Pick the template you want to use from the pull down menu. Then click Create Room.

5) This will create the e-SignRoom™ with all its documents and signers. You can change the signers or documents by editing them as you would normally would do.
